WayToGo ("יש לאן") is a small and vibrant startup that has developed a
technology platform for group-based outdoor navigation and activities.
We’re already out there – with real clients, an active product and proven success (the POC is behind us). Now we’re ready to grow, scale, and build the future together.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join us on the journey and grow with us.
If you breathe code and also get excited about the outdoors, group experiences, and meaningful content – we might be the right fit for you!

Key requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Web development (Frontend & Backend).
• Proficiency in Angular (Frontend), PHP and MySQL (Backend).
• Experience with Ionic for mobile development – a strong advantage.
• A real passion for the outdoors, learning, community, and the desire to create value through technology.

Additional details:

• Initially part-time / freelance.
• Remote work – flexible hours, preference for candidates based in Northern Israel (but not mandatory).
